Home Sweet Home
These pictures are long overdue but I have not had time to work on the blog. We were very excited to have Chris arrive home 2 weeks before Christmas. We were able to spend one week at home before heading to Mississippi to spend time with family. After Christmas Chris and I took a much needed vacation to NYC. It was awesome and hopefully I will get those pictures on here soon.

Homecomings
Hannah looks so little in this picture. She was 2 1/2 and I was 7 months pregnant with Lucy. Our picture next week will look much different--thank goodness. I joke often about Chris coming home to a wife who was very pregnant and had braces.
Chris left on June 4 and has been gone 186 days, but who's really counting. When I think back to the summer it seems like it was sooo long ago but then on the other hand it seems like it was just summertime. God has provided me with old friends and new friends who have sustained me throughout this deployment. I am so grateful for each of you. I get told often how well I go through a deployment or how strong I am. I don't agree but I know that God provides me with everything that I need to get through the difficult months. We are super excited to be making welcome home posters this week, cleaning up the house and getting ready for Chris to be home.
Can't wait to post new pictures soon!
