We had a great time in Mississippi. It was so nice to be spoiled by family. I only wish that Chris could have been there with us. I think he really was missing us here so we are glad to be back. Hannah is still adjusting back to "normal' life at home but very glad to see her Daddy. I can not believe that March is here. Hannah is growing up so fast. She has learned so many new words, animal noises, body parts and songs. You can ask her to show you her "itsy bitsy spider" and she will put her fingers together. It is really cute. I feel like I need to be teaching her something new everyday. She soaks up everything she learns.

Girl's Weekend 2009
We had such a good time at our Girl's Weekend this year. We all met in Jackson, MS to relive our college days. It was so much fun for all of us to be here this year. We spent Saturday morning on campus and took some group pictures to help us remember our 30th Birthdays. Thanks to Elaine for organizing a great time and thanks to Katie for cooking us a wonderful dinner Friday night. It was so nice of Katie's parents to let us stay at their house. These are pictures from dinner at Julep's Saturday night.

The Test
The big question: Will that be enough toys and videos to keep Hannah occupied in the car for 9 hours? We will see. I am trying not to take a ton of toys that will only get thrown to a place in the car I could never reach while driving.
We leave tomorrow to head to Jackson, MS. I am meeting my friends from college and Hannah will be picked up by Uncle Hal on Friday. She will spend the weekend with grandparents while I am babyless for a couple of days.
Pray that all goes well. I am hoping for only a handful of meltdowns.
