Lake Cisco

Last weekend our great friends, Wes and Holly, took us to Lake Cisco for a little time on their new boat. Of course, they decided to buy a boat when I am unable to ski but that's okay. Chris is perfecting his wakeboard skills. Maybe this means that I can have my lake house after all. :)
On another note, Holly was the anonymous gift giver who gave us the super cute backpack. She is very sneaky dropping off packages at wee hours Saturday morning.

Anonymous Gift

Today we went out to check the mail and found a super cute back pack on the front door for Hannah. So far I have not been able to find out who it is from. There was no card or note in the bag. There was also Hannah's first denim skirt and some really cute onsies to go with it!! I can't wait to put her in all her cute new outfits.

We are Back

I have had intentions of updating the blog for several weeks but Chris took the computer for 2 weeks so I have not had access to the internet.
Here are some pics of me at 25 weeks. I can not believe I will be into the 3rd trimester on Tuesday. I guess I have not announced here that we are having a girl---Hannah Lyle.
Lyle comes from Chris' grandfather. He was very influential during Chris' childhood years. What makes this name even more special is that Lyle was friends with my parents. Lyle managed a restaurant in Columbus which was one of my parents favorite places while dating. They ended up getting engaged there and after I was born they took me for an outing. Lyle carried me around the restaurant while my parents ate. Chris had not even been born yet (since I am older).
We can not wait to share with Hannah the many stories of who Lyle was and how special he is to both of us.
Next on the baby agenda is working on the nursery. We have picked out furniture. Our bedding is on it's way. I hope that it will be in soon. You can check out the bedding at www.bananfishinc.com. It is called Bubble Gum.




So I guess we are coming along. Before we know it Hannah will be here.
